Dearest Koik,

I pray God's peace will cover you as you go through this with your sweet husband. Follow your heart, keep holding his hand and kissing his forehead....as you do this I am praying and thinking of you...as we all are...you are not alone.

PRAISE THE LORD...
My husband has awoken he has just had some SCAM juice and a special coffee..... and he is trying to speak and he tried giving me a smile. He has gone back to sleep, but not deeply!
I think his nurse is going to be so surprised when she comes, he even tried holding the cup, the tears of joy.....

Koik, I am sure this is not a very fun roller coaster ride Sad. I hope you are making the most out of these times when he is alert. Hugs {{{koik}}}

Dearest Koik,

It sounds like your dear hubby is working very hard to let you know he is still in there. I'm so glad you have these little moments of recognition. Take advantage and love him with all your might.

Thinking of you and wishing you a peace filled day,
Cathy

Your not going to believe this.....My husband is drinking, eating soft desserts, yogurts and talking to us again... Very Happy It was only a couple of days ago the nurse said he wouldn't get better this time! The small local hospital was so wrong.... He is happy to be alive, did I tell you he said "Thank you" to me. I am OK now but not looking forward to experiencing what I have just gone through, again... Hugs to all, God Bless, Koik

That is just amazing. Your husband has a strong will and love for you too to hang in there like that. You both are very inspirational. God bless you both.

Thanks
He is slowly going in second gear now, I think that's a good expression Rolling Eyes Its the reverse I am dreading. Sad Anyhow I have managed to get him back on the supplements, he is drinking it every morning and his energy levels are certainly improving!
It is difficult to say what will happen next because he seems to be improving tremendously..His calorie intake is no less than 1,800 per day compared to last week of zero!
If we get a gift of time where we can travel and he will be comfortable it will be to Lourdes.. Doctor thinks we are mad and I am sure we are! So we will try to do this over a 4 day period in two weeks time depending on our answered prayers and his supplements kicking in stronger for him.

Thank you for all of your support and prayers. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

God is great, Koik
