I've been hospitalized now for four days, and I'm bored, bored, bored!

Oh Rachele, I am so sorry to hear that you are in the hospital Sad. What is wrong?

In January 1994, I was hospitalized during a snow storm that literally shut down all of Kentucky. My family and friends could not get to the hospital to visit me and, although I knew all the staff in the hospital, most of them could not come to work so those who were there were overworked and very tired. I remember seeing the empty chair in my room and wishing that someone, any one with a warm body, could be sitting there. I was alone for the better part of a week with nothing be TV to watch Razz.

Hope you get better very soon.
