i was diagnosed with colon cancer, stage II by the surgeon and stage II by oncologist because it was found in one lymph node (but not in lymph vessels). Doctor wanted to repeat first catscan done month and a half ago because of some spots on mine lungs. They were seen only on catscan but not on petscan (one on one lung two on another one). they compared two catscans and there are no changes. He said these "nodules" are most likely nothing but he wants to check them once again in four months. I am starting my FOLFOX soon and I am really scared about these "nodules". I have heard that colon cancer most of the time spreads first to the liver, then to the lungs. Mine liver was fine on first scan. He said, if there are no changes in four months, "my cup will be mostly full". Anyone with similar experience?

Surgeon put me in Stage II but oncologist put me in Stage III. Both said because of the lymph node.
