It was 9 years ago today that I heard those words, "It's cancer." Hard to believe that so many years have passed. Just wanted to share this milestone with you. Hugs, Lauri

Hello

I am glad to see you posting this. This is especially important for those of you who are newly diagnosed. It is amazing how well people can do nowadays. I am an optimist, and really dislike seeing people that all they say is that nothing has improved in cancer care in 30 years. You are living proof that there has been a lot of progress.

I am going to be here when next year you post your 10th anniversary.

regards,
Leo

Wow, imagine that, 9 years!!!! That is a milestone. Every year out is so very significant.
Isn't it odd how we recall the moment when we heard our diagnosis. Mine wasn't that long ago, but I imagine I will remember it the same as I remembered what I was doing when JFK died, or when towers blew up on 9/11.
Congratulations and
hugs back Smile
