Hi, my name is Fred. I'm a 42 year old male with swelling in my left underarm and running down the inside of my arm to just past the elbow. I can literally trace what feels like a vein or something that seems to run from what I'm guessing to be about the axillary node? (I looked that up) and runs across the inside of the bicep and past the elbow and is making it difficult to open my left arm completely without some discomfort. It's as if whatever this is has tightened up and is working against my arm as far as letting it open. There is definitely discomfort in just touching the protrusion at any point from arm pit to elbow. Everything that I've looked up regarding this seems to point towards women's issues in the medical web sites. Has anyone else experienced this? I also have another issue, and trust me, I'm not a hypo, lol, but while I'm here.....

I have a small knot in my scrotem. It's not actually on the testes, but rather in the sac itself. At closer look, it appears to be about pea sized and appears somewhat white-ish under the skin.....

Again....Any Ideas?

If you feel a "cord" in your arm that is tender, it might be phlebitis, an inflammation of a vein. But you need to have this checked by a physician.

About the area you felt in your testicle, it might represent a small abscess, a collection of pus under your skin. I believe you also need to show this to a doctor to know exactly what this represents.
