When NHL comes back and the lymph nodes.... What is this ?

When NHL comes back and the lymph nodes start are swollen has anyone experienced painfulness?

I was reading that usually it's the other classic symptoms such as fevers, night sweats, etc and not pain.

This pain is very constant and the only relief I have is when I'm taking acetominophen.

How do you deal with the pain? It's driving me crazy?!?!!?!?
