NovalisŪ Shaped Beam Surgery has anyone in here ever had this done. My father a year and two months was diagnossed with stage one lung cancer. They did the right lobdectomy and took the tumor out. A few months later while doing chemotherapy for precautionary reasons he developed a new tumor by his spine. he has been doing well for a year until this past june he came down with pneumonia it got so bad he was on a Ventilator 3 times. All 3 times the doctors said he wouldnt make it hes still here. He has been walking fine until august when the tumor affected his legs and now he has no mobility left. We recently found out about NovalisŪ Shaped Beam Surgery. We just had a consultation with a doctor here in michigan about it. And he wants another MRI done to get a full understanding about it. But it sounds like maybe they will do it I know my father wants to. But has anyone ever had this done and what can you tell me about it?
