hi everyone,

A person is suffering from ITP since he or she was 12 years old until now(in 20s) and taking Methylprednisolone for all those years. Nowadays he or she found out that he/she was vomitting blood clog for more than one time without any symptom(like coughing), is it mean that he/she will continue suffers from blood cancer?

Is ITP is a mild blood disease that do not need to be worry at all? But for the above case when everytime he/she stop taking the medicine according to the doctor, the count of the platelets in his/her blood drops very quickly and had to take the medicine again. It is seem like he/she can never stop taking the medicine. Is it a bad sign? Even the doctor is worrying about this.

If anyone have the answer for me please spend some of your time and reply. Thank you so much.
