Hello,
I'm new to this forum, I'm just looking for some advice, or help, anything will do right now...
My father was recently diagnosed with stage 4 gastric cancer. It's too progressed to get an operation, and chemotherapy might not work at all. So my father has decided to not do any chemotherapy, and quite frankly I'm glad about that because from what I've read and been told, it's not very pleasant.
The reason why I'm here is to ask what can I do to make my father feel more comfortable. He's constantly moving around painfully because he's never comfortable or at ease. He's currently on hydromorphine, but they barely work at all, and so he doesn't really take any anymore. The diagnosis was given about 3 weeks ago, and now his symptoms are vomiting, hiccups, belching, constipation, almost complete loss of apetite, weakness, and on another note, he's talking to himself outloud? I don't know if that due to something in relation to the drugs or the cancer, but he never did that before...
We try massaging him lightly, giving him warm baths, and trying to keep him comfortable, but I'm sure there's something else out there.
Are there any vitamins I can give to help with the weakness?? Any foods that won't make him very nauseous?? ANY help will be greatly appreciated.

only a suggestion for you.there are famous hospitals of Chinese medicine in china,if you choose one ,your father can live longer and more
comfortable.maybe your father can create a miracle if he is strong enough.my grandmother ,as a patient,has benifited a lot from our chinese herbs.
