swollen lymph node

I need some advice on the following symptoms:

1. Started 1st week of May 2009. Two swollen lymph nodes on right hand side of neck. One is right under my jaw under the ear (8mm) and the other is on the same line, midneck about 1.2mm. Size confirmed by ultrasound and CT scan. No pain last month but I feel uncomfortable on the right side of my neck every time I pick something on the floor. Sometimes it is also painful.

2.　Two days ago, I started to feel very itchy on my throat and now started coughing. No difficulty swallowing yet.

3. I also hear popping sound (maybe in my lungs) when I breath

ultrasound (neck) - swollen lymph node
CT-scan (head, chest) - negative for cancer, lung is clear
PPD test - positive, 30mm diameter
sputum test - negative for tuberculosis and MCA DNA
blood test - normal levels for WBC, ESR and CPR (the test contains many items but the doctor pointed out only these three)

not so related but was done a month earlier (done due to migraine, dizziness and ringing of ears)

MRI (head) - negative for cancer, small polyp in one area, narrow blood vessel but within normal limits

I already visited EENT (primary doctor), internal medicine doctor and pulmonologist (all three doctors in one hospital). But they are not giving any diagnosis (treatment also) after all of these test. What they gave was more test to go through...further blood work and FNA/biopsy maybe. The pulmonologist said it can be adenitis, lymphoma or just viral infection.

I am thinking of changing hospital but I am afraid that all of these test will be repeated.
