Hi
I would have hated to try that concoction when I was on Chemo....... sounds to much like the dreaded s word....soup
Maybe incorporating those foods into your diet would be a much better idea. Nothing new here really, we know alll those things mentioned are good for you. _________________ Age 53

Does a low carb diet lower the amount of good bacteria in your gut? If I go on a low carb diet, will it lower the amount of good bacteria in my gut? Also, if I take probiotics, will they be able to be sustained in my gut on a low carb diet or will the probiotics be ineffective in providing benefits if I am on a low carb diet?

Hi,
It's interesting. But I think you have tho show the recipe with the quantities. Because this food is full of many substances. I am not a doctor but maybe you should decrease the quantities during a period before and after the chemo/radiotherapy (how much time? ask your doctor) and increase again after.
Ask your doctor and make sure he's looking for the information.
You can also ask different doctors to have many opinions
Have a nice evening |
