Hi,

I would like to share an interesting information with you.

In the scientific field we give always more importance to the diet. And it is now well known that food rich in omega 3 and antioxidant have good properties against cancer (improvement of the immune system and natural defences, reduction of cancer cells proliferation.) Furthermore of you add several foodstuffs there is a synergy that improve the effect.

And a scientist had a simple but ingenious idea. He made a mixture with all foodstuffs that contain the highest rate of antioxydants and omega 3 and made experimentations. In the laboratory the mixture gave interesting results (Reduction of cancer cells). Then most of the patients who test this cocktail had a much better evolution than expected.

As I am working in the farma industry I don’t believe anything but these datas, scientifically proven, seem very serious to me. Furthermore, two parameters make me believe this information :

1) Some Hospitals already work with this method
2) The ereas in the world where antioxidants and omega 3 are consumed in great quantities have a very small cancer rate.

Furthermore these foodstuffs have no side effects.

Still some further informations :

1) This mixture doesn’t replace the conventional therapy. It’s additional
2) It doesn’t replace the 3 meals. It’s like a soup.
3) Not all oncologists are aware of this method. There are submerged with so many information in scientific reviews (especially about drugs) that they can’t know everything.

Here is the recipe for a dialy dose :

Place in a blender the following products :

Garlic : 100 grams (0.22 pounds)
Brussel sprout : 100 grams (0.22 pounds)
Beet : 100 grams (0.22 pounds)
Cranberry : 100 grams (0.22 pounds)
Red onions : 100 grams (0.22 pounds)
Broccoli : 100 grams (0.22 pounds)
Spinach : 100 grams (0.22 pounds)
String beans : 100 grams (0.22 pounds)
Curry : 2 teaspoons

And beside 3 cups of green tea.

If you find boring to make the mixture every day you can eat them separately. If you don’t like some foodstuffs you can replace them with others ( raspberry, asparagus, leek, etc..)

It is better to avoid to big quantity of sugar and fried stuffs.

I wish you all the best

Kate

Hi

I would have hated to try that concoction when I was on Chemo....... sounds to much like the dreaded s word....soup Sad

Maybe incorporating those foods into your diet would be a much better idea. Nothing new here really, we know alll those things mentioned are good for you.

I am moving this thread to the nutrition forum because, although its title is "Anticancer diet", it has become more of a recipe topic.

However, I am not sure any one diet will prevent all cancers. There are just too many types and causes of cancer for there to be one generic solution.

Have a nice day

Does a low carb diet lower the amount of good bacteria in your gut? If I go on a low carb diet, will it lower the amount of good bacteria in my gut? Also, if I take probiotics, will they be able to be sustained in my gut on a low carb diet or will the probiotics be ineffective in providing benefits if I am on a low carb diet?
