| So, we have an 18 month old Boxer pup, a barrel of energy, but a delight to our whole family, a great blessing to my husband, who is dying of stage 4 recurrent colon cancer with mets to the liver. He's great! We all love him so much, his name is "Moses" |

I have a miniture poodle, black. beautiful and so so so friendly, it drives you nuts.  her name is Isabella' = bella.
I have also got a pet snail, slow dopey, lazy... Oh wait, thats my husband

We have 3 dogs, one austrailian shephard named Princess she is 13 years old and like a puppy, a toy poodle named Smokey (we call him Jerry Smokie Garcia) he looks like Jerry Garcia...LOL and the baby of the family is a tiny mixed breed and her name is Matilda--Mattie. She is the joy of the house.

I used to have an ex- trotter horse, that was a pain in the behind- literally!. Her name was "Tadpole"- she loved to swim. Another chestnut mare "Cassie" the love of my life, then i broke my back and lost my nerve. she was 17" hands tall, so a long way to fall....
My Eldest brother had a massive Rowtweiler s? His name was "conan" he was the biggest most kindest animal ever. My younger brother and I used to ride his back. Tug his ears and wrestle with him. He had to be put asleep. Cancer.
I always remember the first time we saw him. My mum had an old poodle, toy (smallest back then you could get). Well razza, poodle,. went straight up to this massive dog and went for Conana's throat. Well, conan just opened his mouth and had half of razza hanging from his mouth. Razza's legs were running and trying to escape. So comedic to think about it, now. Well Jason told Conan to drop, and the dog, spat this poodle out and laid down. Razza and Conan were the best of mates after that.

I have my wonderful 2 1/2 yr old tabby named "Kitty" and he is a guy. Sleeps with me every night. I call him my therapy cat because his purrs can put anyone to sleep. (rescued from a heroin addict)
I have my apprx 4 yr old pit bull/lab mix (we think) named marnie with beautiful brindle stripes. She is the sweetest dog whom we rescued from the pound after being there for 1 1/2 yrs (her whole life). The sweetest dog.
And we just recently adopted a Belgian Malinois named Chance from the county animal shelter. He was days away from being put down and he is the most loyal dog ever.
Not to mention a 55 gallon tank full of fish whom I all love and named.
My boyfriend and I joke how we don't like people so we surround ourselves with animals. If we had the space, we would have more!

briley -- We had an Aussie named Kodi! Loved her so much, but she passed almost 2 years ago at the age of 15 1/2. She was a puppy her entire life. Lost her to recurrent breast cancer. Still have an old cat who is the joy of my world -- most days! She's 18 now and her name is Cassie. I call her Chatty Cassie. Talks too much according to my son.
Rockstar -- my cat sleeps curled up next to me too. Something new since my husband passed. I think she knows I need that -- yeah, sure! She's just a cling-on and thinks she's the Queen of the House. LOL

I have a cute dog her name is JaJa. I really this dog of mine because she helps me lot in some of household works.
Like I said, this dog is a genius one.
She loves to eat pasta food, she is my enemy int the kitchen.

Hi
We have an apricot toy poodle called Danny. We inherited him from my mother in 2003. he is as cute as, and cracks us up on a daily basis with all the antics he gets up to. They make great companions but the amount of work needed to keep them tip top is not to be scoffed at ! Also due to their delicate constitutions the vet bills are huge  he tends to be called Dennis ( the menace) and responds to both names

My son just got a Chesapeake bay retriever puppy. 8 weeks today.
He has names him:
Templeton Hustlin' Capone
Story behind his name.
Templeton comes from a type of rye whiskey. When Prohibition outlawed the manufacture and sale of alcoholic beverages in 1920, many enterprising residents of a small town in Iowa chose to become outlaws – producing a high caliber and much sought-after whiskey known as Templeton Rye.
Hustlin' comes from running the rye into Chicago
Capone comes from Al Capone. Templeton Rye was his choice of whiskey.
They say a few bottles even found their way inside the walls of Alcatraz where Al Capone was for tax evasion.
I thought it was a pretty clever name and the the rye it's self is amazing.

I have two pupsters:
Monique's Titus Phillipe - often referred to as Tai, the Taister, Taity Whitey, Tai Man, Manny, MaMa's handsome man. Tai is a 4 yr old apricot large toy poodle, approximately 12 lbs. He is a sweetheart and a joy to my life!
Monique's Lady Madison - often referred to as Maddie, Maddie Baddie, Mad, Lil Miss Mattitude, The Madster, MaMa, MaMa's pretty girl. Maddie is a soon to be 4 yr. old black pekepoo with a touch of white on her chest. She is a feisty, mischievious, smart little thing and weighs about nine pounds.
And as of last Friday, I have a GRANDdog! Bentlee is an adorable lil Schnorkie that my daughter adopted. He's a tiny lil thing at 7 weeks - don't think he weighs two pounds. Just like grandkids (which I don't have yet) I will play with him, love him, spoil him, and send him home with his
Mama!
My puppies are the loves of my life. They are happy to see me everyday. They love me unconditionally. They are smart and can do tricks that impress my family and friends. They are so funny, and make me laugh all the time. They fill my heart with joy.

73 yo mother - 29 year breast cancer survivor, radical mastectomy with no radiation and no chemo and no recurrence.
Presented to the ER on April 14, 2009 with pleural effusion and pericardial effusion. Diagnosed on April 17th with stage IV adenocarcinoma NSCLC with mets to the lumbar spine. Began chemotherapy on May 1st- Carboplatin and Alimta plus Zometa for bone mets.

I wanted to add that we just got ANOTHER dog. which bring the total up to 3 dogs and 1 cat.
He used to belong to a Mexican guy who works at the bike shop next to our auto repair shop. My bf and came back to the shop late one night and saw him tied up to a pole with no food, water or shelter. We took him in for the night.
The next day we told the owner that he can't leave his dog tied up with out food water or anything. We come back the next night and he is tied up behind a gate with food, water, but with a muzzle on. Great, how is going to eat or drink with a muzzle on? We again took him in for the night.
We told him again that he needs to take care of his dog, but then we found out that apparently he was robbed (bc of some weird gang ex-gf thing) and now is staying in a trailer belonging to the bike shop owner. And he wasn't allowed to take the dog with him bc the bike shop owner had 3 dogs already.
Anyway, this guy was a total loser, did not care about this dog (who was only a few month old puppy) and didn't get him neutered or anything. When was asked him why he hasn't neutered him, he said its because he wanted to breed him. If that isn't the stupidest thing I have ever heard. So not only can he not take care of one dog, but he wants to breed more? And its mixed pit bull! Its not a purebred anything! Who breeds mixed pit bulls? 
So after watching the dog every night for like 2 weeks, We decided that we are adopting this dog and saving from this guy. He didn't even care! He was like "Ok". And when we were watching him every night, it took him 2 weeks to ask, "Oh, have you been feeding him?". it didn't even occur to him that he hadn't feed his dog in 2 weeks and we were.
Anyway, long story short, although we normally adopt from shelters, we had to intervene before this dog ended up abused or in a shelter. And he is now a huge beautiful brown bridle with white pit bull puppy. He is only 5 months now and weighs about 55lbs! he is going to be huge, and he is sweetest dog ever. Oh, and his name was Damien, but we renamed him Tank.

We've got 2 papillons, a male and a female. Their names are Cooper and Molly, but they also answer to Mr. Coo and Missy Tugboat. True to their nicknames, Mr. Coo is a loverboy, and Missy Tugboat is a little butterball. They each weigh around 8-9 pounds (Molly maybe a little more) and have long hair which sheds and floats around the floor like little tumbleweeds. They sure provide us with many laughs each and every day.
Isn't it amazing how our dogs make us feel like we are the best thing since sliced bread?
For all the cat lovers out there, it's just the opposite. (you know I'm right!)
